Personal favourite recipe

Ingredients

  • 250g Spaghetti No. 7
  • Pancetta
  • 3 fresh eggs
  • 100g Parmesan
  • Salt, Pepper

Method

  1. Cook pasta al-dente
  2. Roast pancetta
  3. Mix eggs and Parmesan, add pepper
  4. When the pasta is done, strain it and keep some of the boiling water, put the pasta back into the hot pot
  5. Add egg-Parmesan sauce, Pancetta and some of the water, mix it
  6. Eat when it is still hot
