Personal favourite recipe
Ingredients
- 250g Spaghetti No. 7
 - Pancetta
 - 3 fresh eggs
 - 100g Parmesan
 - Salt, Pepper
 
Method
- Cook pasta al-dente
 - Roast pancetta
 - Mix eggs and Parmesan, add pepper
 - When the pasta is done, strain it and keep some of the boiling water, put the pasta back into the hot pot
 - Add egg-Parmesan sauce, Pancetta and some of the water, mix it
 - Eat when it is still hot
